April-October Peak Wedding Season Notice
Due to the pandemic, we work with both new and postponed weddings. Please place your order early at least 4 weeks before your date to qualify for early bride specials.
Could you ship directly to my planner or venue?
Yes! We work with planners, coordinators and florists, and for your convenience, we may ship directly to them or to your venue with tracking. Please add their name and address to your account and select that option for shipping when you check out.
For destination weddings, we ship by FedEx International or US Postal Service. Please contact us with your date (wedding day/latest in hand), quantity of items and shipping address for a quote.
How do I place a rush order?

We are a paper atelier in NYC creating high quality, unique and copyrighted products. Our products are handmade by us, and not mass produced through factories in the US or elsewhere. Rush orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis and we advise giving at least 1 week's lead time. We may assist by shipping directly to your planner or venue.
May I pick up my order? Do you hand deliver in NYC?
In the event of severe weather and other emergencies, our mail center may permit pick up or hand deliver to nearby zip codes. Conveniently located in Manhattan near Washington Square Park (subway B,D,F,M,A,C,E). For security, the center is protected by video surveillance. A handling fee with delivery order or tracking will apply.
