Customized items may not be returned or exchanged.

Customized items do not qualify for return or exchange because of the nature of these items.

We accept cancellations.

Wedding plans may change. Buyer or seller may cancel for reasons including but not limited to family emergency, pandemic, severe weather and other events that affect production and shipping. For a full refund, buyer must notify us of cancellation within 3 days of placing the order. For work in progress, a 15% restocking fee and/or $25 per hour wages apply to all cancellations.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
