Free shipping is by UPS Ground (US) and by FedEx Intl Economy (Canada).
US customers: code FREESHIP100 will apply automatically at check out.
Canadian customers please use CANFREESHIP at check out.

International orders receive a FedEx discount in lieu of free shipping.
March-October Peak Wedding Season Notice: Due to severe weather, pandemic, package theft and other events beyond our control, please order early at least 4 weeks before your date. For large orders, we accept a deposit, and the balance is due only before shipping.
Discounts do not apply to sale items. Rush orders do not qualify for a discount and free shipping.
May I pick up my order or request for hand delivery?
In the event of severe weather and other emergencies, our mail center may permit pick up or hand deliver to nearby zip codes. Please make an appointment. It is conveniently located in Manhattan close by Washington Square Park (subway B,D,F,M,A,C,E). For security, the mail center is protected by video surveillance. A handling fee, delivery order and tracking will apply.
How do I place a rush order?
Please contact us with your date (wedding day/latest in hand), quantity of items and shipping address for a quote. Our quote will include UPS Next Day (US) or FedEx International Priority (shipping to all other countries).
We are a paper atelier in NYC creating high quality, unique and copyrighted products. Our products are handmade by us, and not mass produced through factories in the US or elsewhere. We accept rush orders on a case-by-case basis and advise giving at least 2 week's lead time.
Are you able to ship directly to my planner or venue?
Yes! We work with planners, coordinators and florists, and for your convenience, we may ship directly to them with tracking. Please add their name and address to your account and select that option for shipping when you check out. For destination weddings, we may ship by FedEx International (Canada, Mexico, UK, Europe, Australia) or by US Postal Service (Hawaii, Puerto Rico).
How do I customize my order?
Customizing is easy! Send your logo file, clear and sharp. Pick your colors.
We may design a logo for you. It depends. First proof is complimentary. Additional proofs are $15-$25 depending on changes required.
For programs, menus and other custom day-of stationery, free editing is available, send a draft pdf with your design brief.
